Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to provide exceptional technical support to our staff. As an IT infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, hardware, and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT system, hardware, and office equipment issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, printers, scanners, and network systems
  • Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment for new hires and departing staff
  • Log and manage support requests with relevant vendors to ensure timely resolution
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security
  • Repair and replace equipment when necessary to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and software licenses
  • Work with various systems, including Microsoft platforms, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
  • Undertake other ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Solid technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite, AutoCAD, and ERP platforms is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills to work effectively across teams and with vendors
