We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our IT Division team as an intern. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT-related tasks and projects, including data automation, records management, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with physical asset sighting and recording for our annual internal stock-take exercise
  • Organizing and maintaining ITD files and folders on SharePoint for seamless tracking and access
  • Improving existing processes by adopting M365 services such as Power Automate/ Power Apps
  • Streamlining file structures to enhance data management efficiency
  • Transferring data from shared storage (OneDrive) to ITD SharePoint folders
  • Assisting with housekeeping tasks, including identifying and preparing for disposal of old assets and software
  • Documenting network ports in ISEAS
  • Executing the annual IT asset disposal exercise
  • Compiling the Agency SOP Handbook
  • Assisting with automation projects, such as reminders for deactivation of employee accounts
  • Supporting Research Block coordination with vendors and updating POC

Requirements include:

  • At least a Higher Nitec in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Interest in data automation and records management
  • Ability to carry considerable weight (1-10kg) and work independently
  • Team spirit and initiative
