We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Agent to join our team at OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd. As a Help Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide expert-level support

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of PC troubleshooting and network connectivity
