**Job Title:** Energy Transition Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Transition Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of energy transition projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain project execution plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage EPC contractors, vendors, and suppliers, achieving commercial operation dates (COD) while minimizing variance orders (VOs).
  • Evaluate and improve project management procedures, QA/QC standards, health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies, and engineering standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance (O&M) departments to integrate new projects with existing infrastructure, avoiding unplanned shutdowns and optimizing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and update the master schedule risk assessment (MSRA) for permit-to-work (PTW) systems.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly progress meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with O&M, customers, and EPC contractors/vendors to ensure seamless project execution and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure proper document control and archiving of project documents, including as-built drawings, in the digital technical library.
  • Obtain necessary licenses and permits from government authorities before and after construction completion.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in water/wastewater treatment, power, and utilities projects.
  • Strong leadership presence, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate across functions and departments.
  • Decisive and solution-oriented individual with attention to detail for documentation and quality management.
