Learning Development Specialist

As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in delivering targeted learning support to children who require additional help. Working closely with our pedagogy department, you will collaborate on the development of tailored learning plans that align with our curriculum for different learning domains.
- Learning Plan Development:
- You will work alongside the pedagogy department to create structured learning plans consisting of lesson plans and assessments aligned with our main curriculum for different learning areas.
- Child Screening and Support:
- Utilizing screening tools, you will identify children who need extra support, assess their needs, and implement relevant learning packages.
- Closely monitoring progress, you will adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Progress Documentation:
- You will monitor and document observations of each child's learning progress.
- Reporting and Meetings:
- You will assist the Senior Manager/Manager in preparing regular reports on learning progress and outcomes.
- Strategy Review:
- You will contribute to regular reviews of initiatives and strategies to ensure learning needs are met.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, along with at least 2 years of experience working with children aged 4-6 in an early childhood learning context.
- Registration as an ECDA educator with L2 certification.
