About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, and supporting packing and serving when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut meat, wash vegetables, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Support the salad counter team with packing and serving tasks as required.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors or chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to lift heavy objects.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 8 off days per month. The working location is Tai Seng.
