Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Lab Specialist to contribute to our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in biological sciences and laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintain accurate records for daily lab operations, including DNA/protein preparation and analysis.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, perform routine calibration and maintenance.
  • Order and manage stock and resources, assist in training laboratory personnel on lab procedures and equipment operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Biological Sciences/Life Sciences/Bioengineering or related field with at least 1-3 years relevant working experience.
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures, protein purification, DNA preparation, cell culture, protein chemistry, flow cytometry, and other relevant skills.
  • Experience handling automation platforms such as liquid handling systems is an added advantage.
