Senior Pricing Strategist Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of competitive market pricing strategies across the APAC region, driving growth and revenue through effective sales team alignment and structure standardization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the regional market.
  • Align sales teams and strategies across the APAC region to drive consistent growth and revenue.
  • Establish standardized structures across countries to ensure accountability for pricing targets.
  • Collaborate with inbound sales teams to secure tenders, RFQs, and bids.
  • Partner with Operations to optimize value in operational outcomes.
  • Identify new market opportunities by geography, product, and channel.
  • Provide insights and updates on market trends and developments.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in the ITAD industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing variations across various sales channels and regions.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Effective communicator, able to engage with multiple internal teams and confidently interact with external stakeholders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and performs well under pressure.
  • Occasional overseas travel required.
