Job Description
As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in contract administration, including cash flow/budgetary forecasts, cost estimates, cost data analysis, tender evaluation, processing of payments, claims, variation orders, and preparation of reports and approval papers. You will also ensure that contracts are administered in accordance with executed contract documents and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure that processes and contract administration follow company policies and adhere to project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or a related discipline from a recognized university. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying and/or construction work or contract management of construction projects is required. Good knowledge of local standard conditions of contracts for engineering or construction projects and knowledge of market unit rates are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines, possess good verbal and written communication skills, and be a team player.
