The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, developing budgetary breakdowns, and presenting cost reports to senior management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation of tender documents, including pricing for management's review.
  • Development of budgetary breakdowns and presentation of cost reports to senior management.
  • Production of cash flow projections for management's review.
  • Negotiation with consultants on variation works and final account for the main contract.
  • Source quotations, compare options, and negotiate with subcontractors prior to award of subcontract works.
  • Representation of the company at tender interviews.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Management or Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in a construction company.
