Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Claims Examiner to join our team at Raffles Health Insurance PTE. LTD. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our claims processing system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify client eligibility for medical benefits and validate claims prior to data entry

• Enter medical claims data into our system within tight deadlines

• Count, sort, and stamp incoming claims

• Scan weekly invoices and prepare letters for rejected claims

• Process medical claims reimbursement and generate reports

• Troubleshoot operational and system issues

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

Requirements:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry

• Responsive to client needs and a team player

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
