Cell Biology and Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Research Assistant to join our team in Cell Biology and Technology Unit. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in generating new antibody drugs based on proprietary technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate tools such as expression vectors, proteins and stable cell lines through molecular cloning and protein expression
  • Conduct drug screening using ELISA, FACS, cell-based functional assays, confocal microscopy, SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting
  • Develop and maintain cell cultures including suspension and adherent cells, 3D cell culture models and lab management
Requirements:
  • Degree in Biomedical Science/Biotechnology/Molecular Biotechnology or related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures especially mammalian cell culture
  • Experience in Molecular Biology, Protein Chemistry, 3D Cell Culture, Cell Engineering, Flow Cytometry, Confocal Microscopy and NGS analysis is an added advantage
  • In vivo sample handling experience is a plus but not necessary
