Cell Biology Director

Job Overview:
A visionary leader is sought to oversee the Cell Biology Department, driving innovation and excellence in cellular research and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical science, biochemistry, or related fields, with at least 5-6 years of experience in cytology.

Responsibilities:
As the Cell Biology Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing staff, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation within the department. You will oversee the technical operations of the cell biology laboratory, including specimen receipt, processing, and analysis. Additionally, you will perform specialized and complex testing, such as microscopic screening and evaluation of gynecological and non-gynecological specimens.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, or relevant qualifications. You should also have certified cytotechnologist by Cytotechnology International Academy of Cytology; A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in cytology is required. Additionally, you should possess skills in market research, biochemistry, leadership, data analysis, technical operations, attention to detail, statistics, evidence, screening, and laboratory settings.
