Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team at Reap. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Counsel in executing and operationalizing the global licensing strategy.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational support for key legal projects related to licensing, corporate structure, and overseas expansion;
  • Assisting in applying for and renewing various licenses in multiple jurisdictions;
  • Handling full spectrum of company secretarial matters for Group companies in multiple jurisdictions, including HK, SG, AU, MX, BR, US, and more;
  • Leading vendor and counterparty due diligence and onboarding;
  • Being the subject matter expert of corporate structure and local regulation compliance of Group entities;
  • Conducting legal research on licensing and legal environments of new jurisdictions.

As a junior member of the Legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of ad-hoc legal tasks and grow with the company.


About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Law;
  • Incredible attention to detail and organization skills;
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects across time zones;
  • The confidence to lead junior work on key projects like licensing, company incorporation, and maintenance, counterparty due diligence, and more.

You should also be comfortable working in a fintech or Web3 environment and have experience as a company secretary or paralegal for a multinational firm or company.
