Are you a skilled technician with experience in maintenance and repair?

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Electrical (M&E) Service Technician.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, carrying out repairs to building works and M&E systems, and supervising contractors as needed.

You will also assist the Quality Assurance Manager with operational facilities management and maintenance works, including handling of refrigeration equipment.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on M&E systems
  • Supervise contractors in repair and testing of M&E services
  • Assist with quality assurance activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
