Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

  • Maintain and repair electrical machines, kitchen equipment, and other hotel equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on guest rooms and public areas to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
  • Record all jobs done and recommendations in the checklist for future reference.
  • Identify and report any abnormality encountered during equipment checks.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of chilled water plants and hot water systems.
  • Support the Shift Engineer in servicing works of air handling units and fan coil units.
  • Maintain emergency generators and conduct regular test runs according to schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Security department during fire drill exercises and respond to any fire-related matters.
  • Respond to Knowcross calls in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation & maintenance environment. A diploma or higher Nitec certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Building Services or Facilities Technology from a recognized training institute is also required.

This role requires an independent and responsible individual with excellent communication skills. The following desirable skills include Preventive Maintenance, Water Management, Microsoft Excel, Construction, Quality Control, Property Management, Quality Assurance, Architectural, Electrical, Building Services, Structural Engineering, Compliance and Microsoft Word.
