Job Description:
The role of the Banking Operations Officer/Data Input Specialist is to perform pre-processing checks, data input, and transactional processing of customer instructions for Time Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Products, Remittances, Cashiers' Orders, and Demand Drafts.

About the Role:
This position involves handling queries from business units within agreed time frames and ensuring proper follow-ups on issues. The candidate will also be responsible for carrying out any ad hoc assignments/projects as given by the Team Lead and/or Department Head.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing reconciliation of instructions at the end of the day
- Adhering to SOPs and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies
- Handling queries from business units within agreed time frames
- Carrying out ad hoc assignments/projects

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Independent worker
- Data input skills
- Systematic approach and knowledge of Fixed Deposits, Structured Products, and Remittances
