Job Description

As a Programme Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the d'Klub Mentoring Programme. Your responsibilities will include centre management, volunteer coordination, and programme development. This dynamic role requires full-day availability on Saturdays.

Mentoring Services:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the mentoring programme at our centres.
  • Coordinate with volunteers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to enhance outcomes for beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Centre Management:

  • Oversee the overall administration of the centres, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.

Volunteer Coordination:

">
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support programme activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance programme reach.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for volunteer engagement.

Programme Development:

  • Design and deliver training programmes for volunteers and staff.
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess programme impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in social sciences or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in community services and/or working with youths and children.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
