Job Title: Senior Kitchen Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Kitchen Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations as outlined by NEA.
  • Oversee daily and weekly stock ordering, monitor stock take, and implement efficient stock rotation strategies.
  • Exercise control over all food items leaving the kitchen, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining immaculate kitchen and workspace conditions.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) handed down by management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in preparing diverse dishes, including North and South Indian cuisine.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication abilities. A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, along with relevant experience in a similar role, is preferred.
