Job Title: Strategic Financial Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding daily financial operations and accounting tasks. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless financial management and provide insightful analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly management reports to guarantee accuracy and timeliness. This involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy in tax filings and statutory reporting requirements. You will also assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring.

A strong emphasis is placed on coordination with internal and external auditors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. You will work closely with these parties to maintain open communication channels and foster collaborative relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional accounting certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a commercial environment.
  • Proven supervisory experience with full accounting cycle responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of corporate taxation, financial reporting standards, and relevant tax legislation.
