Job Title: Nurse Clinician
Role Overview:The position of the Nurse Clinician is critical in spearheading the implementation of clinical informatics projects, aimed at enhancing nursing services and promoting efficient care delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Clinical Informatics Leadership: Develop and maintain robust nursing information management systems across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement clinical workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with best practices.
- Team Management: Lead a team of clinical staff in nursing informatics, ensuring effective use of technology to support patient care.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and provide training on new systems.
- Status Reporting: Conduct regular status reports to communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing along with a valid RN license.
- Preference for experience in Nursing Information Technology or Health Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years of direct acute care/clinical experience.
- A strong interest in Healthcare Information Technology, including system selection and implementation.
