Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, processing payments and invoices, and providing administrative support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payments and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of GST returns.
  • Process insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents.
  • Manage employee leave and claims.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team leader.

Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in SAGE, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple duties and responsibilities at one time.
