Beauty and Wellness Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the operational and sales aspects of our growing beauty business.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks efficiently while also actively engaging in telemarketing to drive customer bookings and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Coordinate orders for pantry and stationery, as well as water supply coordination for outlets.
    • Manage documentation for operational and regulatory upkeep.
    • Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
    • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring professional and prompt client service.
    • Support general operations with any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Telemarketing Duties:
    • Make outbound calls to promote services, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
    • Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage appointment booking(s) and re-engagement.
    • Work closely with the operations team to align telemarketing efforts with promotional campaigns.
    • Assist in compiling telemarketing and sales performance reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
