Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Java Developer to lead our applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with Front office Trading to understand requirements and translate them into concrete deliverables.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach for mid-level developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
  • Utilize expertise in application programming to implement new functionalities and improve existing ones.
  • Write high-quality code and automated tests to ensure efficient and reliable systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in writing solid APIs using Java.
  • Expertise in Java 17, asynchronous programming, microservices architecture and patterns, low latency systems design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, AngularJS, messaging middleware platforms like Solace, Kafka, FIX messages, and container platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  • A polyglot programmer who can adapt to different programming languages and technologies.
  • A strong understanding of automated testing techniques and Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
