Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Solution Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative solutions that integrate multiple platforms and systems
  • Maintain and improve existing solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution approaches
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, including issue resolution and system monitoring
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in application/platform development and support, as well as experience with workflow engines and knowledge systems.
