  • ",Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements,","","
  • ",Monitor and maintain integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance, ensuring availability and data flow integrity,","","
  • ",Maintain and improve workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems,","","
  • ",Maintain and monitor Knowledge Management platforms, ensure system stability, support user access issues, and coordinate integration with other applications,","","
  • ",Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance,","","
  • ",Develop and maintain documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides,","","
  • ",Engage in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments,","","
  • ",Support change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts,","","
","Requirements:","
  • ","
  • ",Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5–9 years of experience in application/platform development and support,","","
  • ",Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform is required,","","
  • ",Candidate with experience in workflow engines (i.e. Nintex, Power Automate), and knowledge systems (i.e SharePoint) will be at an advantage,","","
  • ",Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis,","","
  • ",Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations,","","
  • ",Familiar with cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices,","","
  • ",Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles,","","
","Preferred Certifications:","

  • ",Boomi Associate Developer and Boomi Professional Developer (Mandatory)","","
  • ",Nintex Automation (formerly Nintex K2)","","
