Quality Assurance Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior QA Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across our production and retail operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on QA experience in Central Kitchen or food manufacturing environments and be passionate about food safety. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SFA, NEA, and internal quality standards, conducting internal audits and hygiene inspections, and investigating and resolving quality issues and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily quality assurance activities at the Central Kitchen and selected outlets
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, SFA, NEA, and internal quality standards
  • Conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and follow up on non-conformities
  • Monitor critical control points and maintain proper documentation and traceability
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
  • Support development and enforcement of QA policies, SOPs, and training materials
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in the F&B or food manufacturing industry
  • Prior experience in Central Kitchen environments is highly preferred
  • Sound knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations in Singapore
  • Meticulous, analytical, and hands-on with good follow-through
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues
