Job Title: Training Administration

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for training and development? We are seeking a highly skilled Training Administration professional to join our team at Talent Trader Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer training programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop and maintain training materials and resources, aligning with our company's learning objectives.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and readily available to support our training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and equipment setup, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training events, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed training records, preparing reports to inform our training strategy and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including preparing training materials, managing training supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness, collecting feedback from participants to inform our training strategy and improve program delivery.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our training programs and processes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a training or administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus, but not required.
