Job Summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned Internal Communications and Event Outreach professional to join its Group Technology team. As VP, Internal Communications and Event Outreach, Tech COO, Group Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement initiatives across the organization.

About this Role:

This role is responsible for content creation, planning, and execution of internal communications and events to drive employee adoption and usage. You will work closely with stakeholders within Group Technology and across the bank to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Management
  • Develop and deliver pivotal content pieces on behalf of the CIO/COO office and beyond
  • Create engaging content, including slides, social media posts, and articles that reflect senior management strategy and thoughts
  • Design targeted content for projects requiring change management to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to suggest story formats and convert them into articles
  • Establish an internal communications strategy for Group Tech to drive effective change and adoption
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Tech COO Comms and Engagement team's value offering
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaign strategies from planning to execution, working with multiple teams and vendors
  • Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of available levers
Event Management, Outreach, and Engagement Initiatives
  • Develop and execute internal engagement strategies to drive the Group Tech agenda of driving effective change and adoption
  • Work with teams to build events from the ground up
  • Guide team members on building and utilizing existing and new channels for maximum impact
  • Lead and own communication and engagement projects to ensure successful completion
  • Define success metrics and ensure effectiveness of initiatives in driving employee awareness, desire, and knowledge
  • Focus on seamless execution and maximize participation and outcomes for all events
Team and Work Management
  • Manage a team of highly engaged and inspired members, delivering at optimum potential
  • Manage team members, distributing workload fairly while ensuring campaigns run smoothly
  • Apply business management skills, including finances and budgeting
  • Manage vendors and budgets end-to-end


Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in internal communications, with a proven track record of leading corporates to effectively cascade group messages and deliver extensive marketing campaigns
  • Able to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders, understanding business priorities and building campaigns that drive results
  • Experience working in intense environments, managing multiple deliverables/campaigns effortlessly
  • Proven flair for writing corporate and consumer pieces that create interest and drive curiosity
  • Experience in Change Management frameworks, communications, and marketing campaigns is a must
  • Candidate with experience in working on Change Management and Technology content is valued
