Business Analyst Job Description

The role of a Business Analyst involves the implementation and rollout of Digital Collaboration Platform projects. As part of this process, you will be responsible for preparing functional designs and system configurations based on user requirements.

This includes performing relevant testing and deploying the designed business solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Weaver's Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform using delivery standards based on user requirements.
  • Leading business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with customers, utilizing consulting techniques to understand their business needs.
  • Ensuring system configurations and deliverables are accurate, complete, and approved by the client.
  • Configuring and testing production environments according to the agreed solution design, including data uploads and key user training.
  • Participating in user acceptance testing, unit testing, and system integration testing at the client's site when required.

In addition, you will identify gaps in customer data quality or quantity and ensure data fits required formats, including test uploads, reviewing error logs, and resolving issues. You will also contribute to test-to-production cutover activity planning or system migration planning.

To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills capable of engaging with all levels of business stakeholders. A degree holder or fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
