About the Role

Job Description

As a Business Development, Insights Analyst Manager at ACCSS Digital Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional client service.

  • Business Development:
  • To identify and sell fit-for-purpose analytic solutions to clients and agencies, leveraging our unique martech capabilities to help them connect with their customers.
  • To manage relationships between clients and ACCSS Digital, ensuring an exceptional level of client service aligned with company expectations.
  • To work individually and as part of a team to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, prepare high-impact sales pitches, and conduct tender responses.
  • To demonstrate negotiation skills and effectively close deals, supporting Sales Management with strategic planning for client annual marketing objectives.

Data Analysis and Insights Generation

  • To collect and analyze data from various sources, including our Proprietary Business Intelligence platform, Social Media Listening platforms, social media, website analytics, ad platforms, etc.
  • To identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • To conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry benchmarks, and potential growth opportunities.
  • To analyze competitors' strategies and performance to inform our approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Data Visualization

  • To create visually compelling and easy-to-understand data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate insights effectively.
  • To present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • To stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising and data analytics industry.
  • To suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.

About You

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual with a passion for growing new businesses and a strong aptitude for data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in developing and winning new businesses.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years working in data analysis and insights generation within the advertising or marketing domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, business intelligence tools, social listening tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dataroma).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent problem-solving, strategy, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, etc.) and ad tracking tools is a plus.
  • Deep interest in online advertising, digital media consumption patterns, and branding measurement is a plus.
  • Tenacious, goal driven, and reward-oriented.
