We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team at Applied Materials. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data-driven solutions that drive business decisions.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support key business decisions.
- Work within established controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all managerial and business intelligence reports.
- Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and interpret data and business intelligence reports to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess various reporting needs and devise plans for delivering the most appropriate reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Extract financial, statistical, and other data from various information systems and sources.
- Design and develop recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence solutions such as reports, cubes, and dashboards.
- Educate and train user communities on the potential uses of the business intelligence system.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Full-time position with 10% travel.
- Relocation eligible.
