We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to join our team at TULASI BHAVAN PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the best of Indian cuisine
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure seamless integration with hospitality operations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and menu planning
  • Ensure compliance with local health department codes and safety protocols
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a senior chef or head of culinary operations in a similar setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in North and South Indian cuisine, including recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
