Job Title: SAP ERP Service Delivery Manager

This role involves overseeing the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing the performance of the service delivery team. Coordinating with various stakeholders and efficient service delivery processes are essential duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of SAP services to meet client requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
  • Track and report on service delivery performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with at least 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager.
  • Strong background in various SAP modules, e.g., FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM.
  • Experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation.
  • Motivated to learn new technology.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and short notice is crucial.
