We are seeking a skilled SAP S4HANA FICO Consultant to join our team.
About the Role:
- This is a senior-level position responsible for delivering S4HANA solutions in accordance with business needs.
- You will be the subject matter expert of the SAP S4HANA functional area and be responsible for building and maintaining the ERP technology backbone.
- This role involves collaborating with business owners to identify business needs, conducting requirement gathering workshops, performing fit-gap analysis and solution design.
- Key responsibilities include project/solution delivery, liaising with business owners, data migration, ensuring customer/business user adoption and smooth transition of newly implemented SAP applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of strong SAP S4HANA FICO background, preferably with international technology companies or end-user MNC in Utilities/Energy/Power Gen or related industries.
- FICO Lead in at least 3 full cycles SAP implementation projects.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience required in S4HANA functions, including configuration or development in areas such as S4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO), Funds Management, ABAP, Roles and Security, Integration with other SAP modules systems.
- Good to have technical know-how and experience in S4HANA functions such as Financial Consolidation, Fiori.
