Job Title: Key Operations and Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to manage our daily activities, ensure smooth business processes, and provide logistical support.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and workflow monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements, such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle procurement, logistics, and administration tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in operations, administration, shipping, or logistics support will have added advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day shipping operations, including import, export, and transshipment activities.
  • Coordinate all shipping processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of import/export requirements.
  • Prepare, verify, and process billing and cost-related matters, working closely with Finance for payments.
  • Handle freight booking, forwarding arrangements, and customs clearance.
  • Track and monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
