About us

Job Description:

The role of the Logistics Team Lead is to oversee the overall lab supplies and ensure smooth operations of our Stem Cell Therapy Hub (SCTH). This includes managing material inventory, procurement of materials, and coordinating logistics services associated with SCTH operations.

  • Performing daily routine warehouse activities such as incoming receiving, material storage, issuing of materials and cycle count of stock.
  • Ensure smooth flow of materials, inventory accuracy and completion of all inventory system transactions.
  • Liaise with external suppliers / vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials / lab supplies.

Candidates should have a minimum qualification of Diploma in supply chain management, logistics management or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience. Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, knowledge in warehouse operation, inventory management and cold chain management are required.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can perform the following key responsibilities:

  1. Manage material inventory system, procure materials, manage material kitting activities and coordinate logistics services associated with SCTH operations.
  2. Monitor, track and ensure temperature sensitive materials are stored and handled in accordance with material handling requirements.
  3. Coordinate with logistics service providers on delivery/collection of materials and finished products.

Candidates should be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, Warehouse Management System and Material Management software.
