We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently preparing and dispatching shipping documents to customers and logistics providers.

About the Role:

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring freight billing from logistics providers, processing payments to suppliers, and managing insurance applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and dispatch shipping documents to customers and logistics providers

- Monitor freight billing from logistics providers and process payments to suppliers

- Manage insurance applications and ensure timely resolution of any issues

- Achieve key performance metrics for the department's goals and objectives

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a related field

- Knowledge or experience in logistics/supply chain is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to handle large volumes of data effectively
