We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Engineer to join our team at KIM YEW INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all M&E facilities maintenance related work services. This includes managing M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance, coordinating and supervising M&E installation and maintenance work, and working closely with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise all M&E facilities maintenance related work services
• Manage M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance
• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work
• Work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues
• Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating of mechanical, electrical, and building works
• Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works
• Prepare and follow up closely on client inquiries and quotations
• Follow company internal work processes and documentation
• Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management related qualifications
• M&E facilities operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage
