We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DC-FM PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site staff, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $3,500 - $6,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Managed all site staff and ensured deliverables are met
  • Ensured that all preventive maintenance is delivered in accordance with schedules
  • Managed and planned all shift arrangements/deployment and covered duties as required
  • Conducted regular discussions with clients on any improvement plans


Qualifications and Experience:
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business administration)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
