Job Title: Ship Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Superintendent to oversee all aspects of ship maintenance, ensuring vessels meet regulatory requirements and optimize performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ship maintenance plans, adhering to safety regulations and optimizing vessel efficiency.
  • Manage technical budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure effective operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of maritime regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Maritime Studies or a related field is mandatory.
  • Fresh Chief Engineers with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • COC Class 1 Certification is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of technical maintenance, budget control, planning, and safety measures for our fleet.
  • Ensure vessels comply with statutory regulations, class certifications, and flag state requirements.
  • Monitor vessel performance and take corrective actions as needed.
