This role is responsible for managing the frontline operations at the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery and meeting customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all frontline operations in an efficient manner, ensuring smooth process flow and timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- Meet customer requirements and principal standards, achieving quality service and maintaining good customer relations.
- Liaise with the Workshop-in-charge to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Coordinate service operation matters with other franchises as needed.
- Manage WIP invoicing and monitor KPIs targets for up-selling programs.
- Attend to customer complaints and feedback, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Diploma or degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.
