At SPADE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and preparation of raw meat for shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack raw meat and prepare it for shipping in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cut and prepare raw meat for packing according to customer orders.
  • Prepare frozen raw meat for packing and ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Pick up heavy goods (raw meat) from delivery and store them in a safe and organized manner.
  • Clean and maintain the walk-in freezer/cold room where meat is stored.
  • Monitor and supervise other raw meat-handling workers and provide assistance when needed.
  • Schedule work shifts to ensure efficient production and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy goods.
  • Ability to work in a very cold environment due to frozen meat storage.
  • High level of physical fitness and stamina.
