Senior Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will have experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain systems.
- The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely shipments, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- They will also lead and support inventory counts, audits, and other activities to validate inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Additionally, they will coordinate with purchasing teams to manage raw materials and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including receipt and shipment tracking, and manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Logistics and Supply Chain: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation and warehousing.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Provide guidance and support to warehouse team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and promote teamwork and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations, with a proven track record of driving results and improving efficiency.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
