The Role

We seek a skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for preparing pizzas, pastas from scratch, gelato, sorbets, and Italian cold cuts daily. This role requires attention to detail, dedication to quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations during food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes daily, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain kitchen machinery and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Facilitate inventory ordering and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1) and have a good understanding of ingredient preparation and storage. Aspiring chefs with little to no relevant experience in Italian cuisine are welcome to apply.
