We are seeking a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a Beach Club Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations through phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Ensure no overlapped reservations and tables ready before guests arrive
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcome every guest warmly and address them by name
  • Assign guests to designated seats and take initiative to check on their needs
  • Request feedback from guests and relay it to the manager on duty
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database
  • Engage with guests about menu changes, promotions, events, and birthdays
