We Are Looking for Candidates Who Possess the Following Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Manpower Deployment Daily
• Report Attendance of Staff at Worksites
• Check and Supervise Work Done by the Team
• Move Between Various Project Sites to Attend to Issues Raised
• Ensure All Resources Required by Your Team Are Provided
• Work Closely with the Supervisors and Management of the Project Sites to Conduct Inspections
• Attend All Operations Meetings at Sites and at HQ
• Report to Senior Operations Executive & Operations Manager

Essential Requirements:
• 1 Year of Relevant Work Experience Required for This Role
• Working Rights Required for This Role
• You Must Have a Valid Class 3 (Manual) Singapore Driving License
• On Job Training (OJT) Will Be Provided; Experience in the Related Field or Any Soft Services Industry Will Be an Added Advantage
• Experience in Property Management Will Also Contribute
