Job Title: Senior Kitchen Team Member

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our culinary team as a Senior Kitchen Team Member. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality cuisine, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage food inventory levels to ensure optimal stock control.
  • Monitor and maintain the consistency of food quality and quantity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and friendly working environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management or your immediate superior.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commis cook role or similar position.
  • Ability to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Candidates with a Food Hygiene certificate will be given preference.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of S$2,000 - S$2,400 per month.
