Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef in preparing and executing food items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in portioning and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift and carry out thorough cleaning at the end of each shift in line with hygiene standards.
  • Accurately prepare ingredients in advance to support smooth kitchen operations, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
  • Support in inventory checks, proper ingredient storage, and restocking as needed to ensure seamless kitchen workflow.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, promptly addressing any issues that arise in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required – training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
  • Commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures and brand standards.
  • Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
