MEP Drafter - Eunos

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MEP Drafter to work on various renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and updating technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare coordinated MEP drawings based on design inputs and site conditions.
  • Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  • C coord with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Incorporate revisions based on consultant/client feedback and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and drawing logs.

Requirements:
  • Degree & Experience:
    • Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2-5 years experience in MEP drafting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in AutoCAD.
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
    • Familiarity with local building codes, standards (e.g. BCA/Singapore codes).

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all drawings are accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary revisions are incorporated in a timely manner.
